Standards You Can Verify
Our products go through quality control against defined standards, from raw material to finished product.
Materials & Quality Control
- Concrete Strength
- Not less than 350 kg/cm² (6"×12" cylinder) or 450 kg/cm² (cube) at 28 days.
- Cement
- Portland Type I or Type III, at not less than 400 kg/m³.
- Prestressing Wire (PC Wire)
- 4.0/5.0 mm at a minimum tensile strength of 17,500 kg/cm² · 7.0 mm at a minimum of 17,000 kg/cm² · tensioned to no more than 75% of ultimate tensile strength.
- Reinforcing Steel
- Yield strength not less than 2,400 kg/cm².
- Prestress Transfer
- Only after concrete reaches a minimum strength of 280 kg/cm².
Production Quality Control Process
Every stage of production is subject to rigorous quality control, supported by modern machinery and computerized production control, from raw-material selection through to the finished product.
